Submitting orders: Please send purchase orders to sales@hyproline.com. All orders must be confirmed by fax or e mail. If you do not receive an order acknowledgment within 24 hours after the order was sent please call to verify the order was received. Be sure to define the quantity, colors, imprint instructions, attachment options, shipping and handling instructions and event date, and ensure that you enclose the applicable camera ready digital artwork for your order.
Submitting Art: Please send art files to art@hyproline.com. Free paper proofs will be e-mailed for approval.
Types of art we accept:
Preferred File Format: AI - Adobe Illustrator - CS5 or earlier or EPS - Created in Illustrator CS5 or earlier (CMYK, flattened layers and text outlined. When applicable, match colors to PMS color from solid coated swatch palette).
Other Acceptable File Formats: (all raster art files must be 300dpi at imprint size and saved in CMYK color mode) JPEG, GIF, PSD (transparent background), PDF (created in Photoshop), TIFF (preserved transparency)
Free Setup: Items offered with Free Setup include typesetting, color matching, template setup and proofs.
Fonts: Please provide fonts for factory typesetting to ensure the correct font is used. We may not have your fonts on file.
Discrepancies: We are not responsible for any discrepancies after an order has been confirmed and proof has been approved.
Modifications to an order: No order may be modified or cancelled once the proof has been approved and production has commenced.

Product Warranty: All items are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. In the event of a breach of warranty, buyer's sole and exclusive remedy is a return of the item for repair or replacement. Hyproline disclaims all other warranties, express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, warranties arising from course detailing, or usage of trade, and warranties of non-infringement.
General Disclaimers: Hyproline cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to Customs, shipping, or natural disasters. Hyproline reserves the right to make slight spec changes to enhance product quality or performance.
Examples of our imprinted products showing logos within our website, printed, or online catalogs serve as examples of our imprinting techniques and are not presented for resale and nor are they to be interpreted as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark owner(s).
Breakaway release sold as BA1 and BA2 for lanyards are not sold as safety equipment nor are they intended for such reason. These items allow easy attachment by the user only. We strongly advise and believe that nothing should be worn around the neck close to machinery or equipment or in any situation where entanglement could cause injury or death.
Force Majeure: No liability hereunder shall result to either party from delay in the performance or nonperformance caused by circumstances beyond the control of the party effected, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, war, government regulations, direction, or request, accident, strikes or labor problems or shortage or inability of material, equipment, or transportation, or by impracticability of performance. Nothing herein contained shall excuse the customer of its liability to pay for products sold, used, retained, levied against, or unaccounted for, after said products are in its possession.
Shipping: We ship exclusively via UPS. Arrangements can be made to ship by FedEx if necessary using shipper numbers supplied by customers. Tracking details will be e-mailed once the order ships.
Drop Shipments: If shipments are to more than one address, add $10.00 per additional shipment address over one.
Returns of imprinted items: Imprinted items cannot be returned.
Return of stock items: Fast ship stock items can be returned; however all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
Shortages: All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of an order.
Adjustments: Complaints must be registered within 15 days after receipt of merchandise. Full order must be returned in original packaging. Authorization must be given first by means of a Return of Goods (ROG) Number for return of merchandise.
Cancellation Charge: Any orders cancelled will be billed for work we have already completed.
Samples: There is no charge for random samples of products. All random samples will be sent out via USPS or by UPS by providing your UPS shipper account number.
Special Packaging: We can provide customized packaging on all products, please advise your requirements and we will advise if there is any charge for special packaging.
Pricing: Due to volatility of raw material prices and instability of current market conditions, we reserve the right to modify products, change materials, and change prices without prior notification. Please call or view our website www.hyproline.com for current products and pricing.

Returns: Imprinted items cannot be returned. Stock items may be returned within 60 days and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable freight charges.
Normal production times: Production lead time starts upon approval of artwork proof. Each product has clearly defined lead times posted on each page of the catalog along with specific product information pertaining to that product. There is no charge for rush service; all orders enter the production list in the order in which approval is received.
Proofs: All proofs are virtual once your order is placed and are always free. A preproduction sample can be made for the cost of $75.00 plus shipping and takes normal production times for the sample to be made.
Terms: We do not offer terms. Full payment on all orders is due in advance of shipping. On large orders, payment will be half payment on approval, balance prior to shipping. Once approval has been received on custom orders, you will be invoiced and will then generally have 10-14 days to make payment. No orders will be released to shipping unless paid in full. We accept most major credit cards and business checks.
Country of origin: All items manufactured must bear a country of origin marking in accordance with US Customs regulations. Certain circumstances require an origin sticker to be placed on the product. Many items offered by Hyproline are manufactured in China.
Standard terms and conditions: Placement and acceptance of order by parties shall constitute agreement that disputes shall be resolved in New Jersey, under New Jersey law.
Trademarks & Copyrights: All copyright items require permission from copyright holder before production can begin. We do not assume any liability for any copyright for any trademark or copyright infringements.
